Britta är inte S-214. Hon är ritad av Erik Nilsson och byggd på Kungsör 1938. Hon var SSS lottbåt samma år och seglade med S-228 i seglet. Båten exporterades samma år till USA. Följande år valde SSS att bygga ytterligare en Nilssonbåt på samma ritningar. Detta blev nuvarande S-228 Regina, ex Rush II.

Så det måtte ha varit ett sälj argument  på 70 talet (så vitt jag vet har ingen av de de vunnit pokelan 22-45 och 22-259).
Det var ju lätt att kolla och naturligtvis framförde man det till respektive ägare !
Så det är väl inte så konstigt om det renoveras båtar med lite grötigt ursprung (är man säker på att det är en 22:a ?).

A replica was built in 1939 that got the same number 228, she is currently sailning in Norway...</description>
